The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Limited (“ZSE”) hereby notifies the investing public of the voluntary suspension from trading in shares of Falcon Gold Zimbabwe Limited with effect from 5 February 2019 pending publication of audited financial results for the year ended 30 September 2018.

At the Company's request, the ZSE sought and was granted permission to suspend trading in Falcon Gold Zimbabwe Limited’s shares by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(a) (ii) of the Securities and Exchange Act [Cap 24:25].

In terms of Section 1 paragraph 1.8 of the ZSE Listings Requirements, the Company should continue to discharge its obligations to the Shareholders and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange during the suspension.

Pursuant to the review, Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Limited and Seedco International Limited replaced Simbisa Brands Limited and Hippo Valley Estates Limited and the next review date will be on 31 March 2019.

The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Limited (“ZSE”) hereby notifies the investing public of the voluntary suspension from trading in shares of Border Timbers Limited with effect from 12 November 2018 pending publication of audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018.

At the Company's request, the ZSE sought and was granted permission to suspend trading in Border Timbers Limited’s shares by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe pursuant to the provisions of Section 64(a) (ii) of the Securities and Exchange Act [Cap 24:25].

Minimum Fill Functionality

 

The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange ("ZSE") has amended Section 4.5.1 of the Trading Rules and Procedures Minimum Fill Functionality with immediate effect. Minimum Fill order shall match with the orders in opposite queue on a one to many basis by accumulating their volumes. If accumulated volume fulfils counter order condition, then they will match otherwise opposite queue will be traversed until exhausted.

The notice issued by the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Limited (“ZSE”) dated 2 June 2018 on the suspension from trading of CFI Holdings Limited’s shares refers.

The investing public is hereby advised that the suspension period has been prolonged indefinitely and will be lifted after all identified breaches have been regularised.

ZSE sought and was granted permission to further suspend trading in CFI Holdings Limited’s shares by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (1) (a) (ii) of the Securities and Exchange Act [Cap 24:25].
